Nicky’s Coaching Corner LLC is committed to making Your Bright Spot’s website and related digital experiences accessible to people with disabilities. Accessibility is an ongoing practice.
Our Goal
We aim to use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our working target where reasonably applicable. This goal is not a claim that every page or feature already fully conforms and is not a certification.
Measures We Are Taking
- Use meaningful headings, labels, link text, and page structure.
- Support keyboard navigation and visible focus where technology allows.
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and captions or transcripts for important recorded content when feasible.
- Consider color contrast, text resizing, reflow, motion, audio controls, and screen-reader compatibility.
- Review accessibility as content and features change.
- Ask vendors and contractors to consider accessibility.
Known Limitations
Some third-party components, embedded services, documents, audio, video, newly released features, or AI-generated content may not yet provide the experience we want. We welcome reports that help us identify barriers.
Assistance and Feedback
If you cannot access information or complete a task, use the support or contact link on the official Your Bright Spot website. Include the page or feature, what you were trying to do, your device and browser or assistive technology, and your preferred response method. Do not include passwords, private journals, or sensitive medical details.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide an accessible alternative and respond within a reasonable time.
Compatibility
For the best experience, use a current major browser or the latest available app and operating-system version. Settings, extensions, assistive technology, and third-party services may affect compatibility.
Ongoing Review
We may update this statement as our accessibility work progresses. Feedback from users with disabilities is especially valuable.
